2010 ND Club Dues and Membership Form

New for this year, you may complete the following membership form on your computer online and continue to pay your club dues online via PayPal.

PayPal allows you to make your payment using your credit card or debit card or electronic check.

Online payment should provide convenience to our members and will save a great deal of time in club administration.

Note: You are most welcome to join the club even if you are not a graduate of Notre Dame. Leave the ND Class Year empty and on ND Affiliation: select "Parent" if you are the parent of a current student; select "Friend", if you are not a current ND student or an ND alumni.
